This program is designed primarily for current business owners and working professionals. However, if you're an aspiring leader without direct experience but are serious about developing your leadership skills, we welcome you to join. Your success in the program will depend on your commitment and willingness to apply what you learn. If you’re ready to take action and invest in your leadership growth, this program can help you reach your goals.

​​4.  Is there any age limit for this program?

While we recommend the program for those 25 and older, aspiring leaders under 25 are also welcome to join. If you have the drive and commitment to grow, age won’t hinder you from unlocking your leadership potential!

​5. How does the MMA Program work?

Each MMA (Mastermind Mentorship Action) Team has fewer than 10 leaders (Participants). Before the program begins, we collect three key challenges each leader wants to overcome, ensuring these are addressed throughout the 3-month journey. The program includes live sessions, video lessons, and weekly team masterminds to discuss daily/weekly progress. You’ll also discover how to deliver professional presentations and conduct effective meetings. With weekly assignments and personalized KPIs set for each leader, you’ll experience real, hands-on growth.

This isn’t your typical theory-based or MBA program—it’s real, personalized leadership action training designed to equip you with the practical tools to lead with confidence and impact.

​6. What happens after three months?

After completing the three-month program, you can continue with us for another nine months (12 months). During this time, you can access discussions, mastermind sessions, and opportunities to assist new leaders. Doing so will reinforce what you've learned and grow your leadership coaching skills, further enhancing your ability to lead and mentor others.​

​7. Will I get a certificate after the 3-month program?

Upon completing the 3-month program, you will receive a certificate recognizing your achievement and growth as a leader. It’s a testament to your hard work and dedication in developing your leadership skills.

8. What is the language of the program?

The primary language of the MMA program is English. However, for those who find English challenging, we offer special batches in Malayalam to ensure everyone can fully engage and benefit from the program.
